YOUR CONCERNS

Does any of this sound familiar?

If even one of these applies to you, please get in touch. We will tell you how it can be resolved.

For those living and working in Japan

  • I want to change jobs, but I am not sure my current visa allows the new work
  • I want to bring my family in my home country to Japan
  • I married a Japanese national, but the paperwork is too complex to handle alone
  • My period of stay is running out and I cannot gather the documents in time
  • I want to apply for permanent residence but am unsure whether I meet the requirements
  • My application was denied once and I do not know what to do next

For companies employing foreign nationals

  • We want to make an offer, but cannot commit without knowing whether the visa will be granted
  • We track employees’ residence expiry dates in a spreadsheet and worry about missing one
  • We are concerned that preparing documents in-house may breach the revised Gyoseishoshi Act
  • The quarterly reporting for Specified Skilled Worker is a heavy burden on our staff
  • We want to hire foreign nationals but do not know where to start
  • Nobody in the company is familiar with employing foreign nationals

LANGUAGES

Not confident in Japanese? That is fine.
